Welcome to the Information Unit The information Unit was established in 1989. Its sole responsibility is the image making of the University, both within and outside. It operates directly under the Vice- Chancellor Office. Its other responsibilities are :- - Drafting the speeches and addresses for Vice-Chancellor
- Compiling and publishing the University's Official Information Organs such as bulletin, News Journal,prospectus,handbook and calenders.
- Editing and proof reading of all write up by the University and the Vice-Chancellor to the media on all issues on the University from adverts to press releases.
- Makes arrangements for press conferences,reception for visitors to the University and preparations of programmes for activities of the University
Staff Strength Currently the Unit has an Operating staff of five. Information Officer(PAR) ↓ Higher Executive Officer ↓ Photographer ↓ Secretary ↓ Office Assistant
