IJARD is a peer-reviewed journal published quarterly by Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, University of Abuja. IJARD is dedicated to increasing the depth of research across all areas of this subject. The purpose of the Journal is to provide a forum for creative and scholar work in agriculture and other related field. The International Journal 0f Agricultural Economics, Rural Sociology and Development (ISSN: 2315-5787) is published four times a year.

Call for Papers
IJARD welcomes submission of manuscripts for publication all year round in her various edition that meet the general criteria of academic excellence in the subject area of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Social and Management Sciences, Rural Development broadly defined and other related fields.

IJARD is fully committed to the Open Access Initiative and will provide free access to all articles as soon as they are published.

Instructions for Authors
Articles: Preference will be given to highly quantitative and theoretically sound and well researched papers.
Electronic submission of manuscripts is strongly encouraged, provided that the tables and figures are included in a single Microsoft Word file (preferably in Arial font).
Title Page should include the authors' full names (surname first) and affiliations the name of the corresponding author along with phone number, and e-mail information.
Abstract should cover problem, methods, and point out major findings, recommendations and conclusion. The Abstract should not be more than 250 words in length.
Full-length papers should not be more than 20 pages, A4 double-line spacing.
Reference: Authors should use the American Psychological Association (APA) style of referencing.
